Volume discount:	- 10% for 10+ pieces per each item. [for more info on volume discounts please contact us]
Shipping and handling:	- Endoscope Component, LLC charges shipping fees based on the actual and/or dimensional weight of the package, ship method and published carrier rates. Exact shipping fees are unknown until the order has been processed. A nominal handling charge will be charged. - Cut off time for same day shipment: 3 PM
Shipment is guaranteed:	- Upon receiving funds (secured COD, or pre-approved credit line) - And upon receiving EPP shipping confirmation (e-mail, fax, telephone)
Tax exemption:	No tax will be charged with Tax exemption certificate on file or will be refunded upon receiving certificate (during same calendar year)
Warranty:	- 30 days on parts and workmanship. - Buyer pays for inbound shipping; if warranty approved we will refund shipping charges and pay for replacement part shipping charge.
